Product Description
Multifunction Emulsion of model JH103 is mainly used not only for mud processing in the course of drilling in high mud making formation &unstable formation with water sensitivity but also for sewage treatment. It is also the major raw materials of temporary plugging additive. There are the following features:
1. This product with great molecular weight is polymerized in the emulsion form at ordinary temperature. Its chain length is long enough to enhance the function of peridium and restraining.
2. This product dissolves quickly in two minutes without floating and agglomeration after mixing with drilling fluid. It can be utilized completely so as to use drilling fluid timely.
3. This product can be utilized repeatedly and operated conveniently. The clay content can be controlled under 25g/L to be satisfied if there is 2¡ë of the product.
4. A proportional positively group is inducted to strength the sorption group's adsorbability and release suppressive ion. So, It has gained excellent effect of anti-collapse.
5. After added this product into drilling fluid, an oil-wet film would form on the borehole wall to increase its lubricity and prevent sticking.
6. This product with no poison and fluorescence is applicable for prospecting well and drilling environment with advanced demand on environmental protection.
